Present Simple vs. Present Continuous Review

Here are the slides for the Unit 1 grammar.  There are some useful rules about spelling here.  Remember, any sentence with a 'be' very is made negative by simply adding 'not' after the 'be' verb (ex. He is not happy.) and can be made into a question by simply switching the subject and 'be' verb (ex. He is happy -> Is he happy? or He is going to the movie. -> Is he going to the movie?).  For sentences that do not use the 'be' verb, you must use the auxiliary verb "do" to make a sentence negative (ex. She practices guitar. -> She does not practice guitar.) and also to make the sentence a question (Ex. They play soccer. -> Do they play soccer? or He studies math. -> Does he study math?).  By simply adding a future time clause to any of these sentences, it becomes the Future (ex. ...next week, ...tomorrow, ...at 3:00, etc.).
